Fred Penner

Maybe that's why he, along with his Cat's Meow Band, consistently plays to packed houses across North America.

Fred Penner knows kids. He believes that nurturing young minds, teaching them to express their feelings and simply making them feel good are the keys to healthy, empowered children. In 1997, after 15 years of performing for children, he's received a Juno award and the highly-esteemed Order of Canada.
