Limpopo flat out, stormed-the-stage with Russian folk 'n roll -- last year. Remember? Now they're back with a new name.

The group is still comprised of Igor Yuzov - vocals, guitar, balalaika, and melodramatic emotions; Oleg Bernow - vocals, upright bass, enormous bass balalaika and off-key vocals; Igor Khramov - vocals, trombone, balalaika and choreography; and Yuri Fedorko - vocals, accordion, balalaika, guitar, ankly bells, funny faces, dance, physical strength and endurance.

They still don't take themselves -- nor the boundaries between the various musical idioms -- too seriously. From "Back in the USSR" to real Russian folk music, how could you not have remembered?
