Lennie Gallant

Backed by a band made up of the best folk, rock and country players in Atlantic Canada, Lennie Gallant sings passionately about subjects that cut to the heart. An interest in human rights has taken him to Guatemala, Mexico and the Middle East while his music has earned him several East Coast Music awards and a Juno nomination. Intertwining roots of Celtic and Acadian music underlie his tunes about the working class heroes of his home province, Prince Edward Island, and the world beyond.
