Blackie & The Rodeo Kings
Blackie & The Rodeo Kings is the moniker
chosen by Stephen Fearing, Colin Linden and Tom Wilson to christen their
initial collaboration. Each is a recognized artist in his own right, and
late last year they combined their talents to record an album of Willie
P. Bennett songs entitled High Or Hurtin.
Fearing has three albums and 13 years of performing experience as a singer/songwriter.
Linden has five albums and a Juno award to his credit. He was originally known as a prodigy blues guitarist, and has developed into a performer, writer and producer.
Wilson crossed artistic boundaries into such areas as painting, poetry and film, in addition to songwriting and performing with Junk House.
Blackie and the Rodeo King is an album released by Willie P. Bennett in 1979.
