Working Media must apply for accreditation through the Festival office prior to the event. Local Media who arrive on-site and are not pre-accredited will be denied access. Provincial, National and International Media personnel who arrive on-site and are not pre-accredited may be denied access and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out and return the accreditation form (pdf/200kb) by the deadline date.
Media Service crew members will facilitate on-site performer interviews, media conferences, as well as respond to all media enquiries during the festival.
Located on the west side of Gallagher Park (corner of 96 Avenue along 95 Street). This is the only access point for accredited media.

For public safety reasons, there is NO parking in the Cloverdale area; no exceptions will be made. Accredited Television broadcast media will have limited access to short-term parking during live feeds and only when arranged through Media Services. All other media vehicles may only access the site to drop off equipment; then must park at an alternate site. For more information please contact the Festival office at 429-1899.
Media will be allowed access only through the Media Tent. Media must show identification and sign-in at the Media Services Tent to gain passes and access to the Festival. Cameras may enter the back stage area for a limited time and only when accompanied by a member of the Media Services Crew.
Interview requests for the Festival weekend may be submitted to the Festival Office prior to the event. Early interview requests will be confirmed upon on-site registration. To request performer interviews on non-festival dates contact the festival office at 429-1899.
All other interview requests must be submitted to Media Services members during the Festival. Interviews will be scheduled depending upon performer availability. Media must check in regularly at the Media Tent to facilitate scheduling of the requested interview.
Media conferences will be scheduled for performers as needed and if possible. Check in at the Media Tent for updates on media conferences.
Limited copies of performer bios and photos are available upon request at the media tent. Check the Festival website (2007 Programme) for links to performer sites.
Due to the popularity and success of wi-fi service in previous years, the EFMF Media Services tent will again be equipped with a wireless router for wireless high speed transfer for media personnel.
